There are a series of videos that you will be viewing.

On Demand Lectures:  Login and then scroll down for the on-demand lessons. You will be listening to short videos.  You can ignore the certificates and points showing zero. That does not apply to our course.


Randomly during each subject lecture (consisting of a series of short videos), the instructor will say a ‘secret word’.  This is our way of ‘taking roll’.  You may want to just write down the ‘secret word’ so you can answer that after the short lesson.

Please Note: On-Demand Lectures for LONG attendees are not available during Live Zoom classes in compliance with state license law education attendance requirements.

At the end of the certification program, there will be a downloadable Personal Property Appraisers Manual that can be used as a reference for the material you just covered in the course.
